Τraining and information sessions on Civil Protection for People with Disabilities and the Elderly!!

On Monday 13th of November, a training and informational session took place for People with Disabilities 👨‍🦽👨‍🦼👨‍🦯 and the Elderly at the Diavata Elderly people Centre. 👴👵

🎯 The main goal of these Civil Protection Information Sessions was:

• the presentation of the key pillars of disaster preparedness,
• the definition of the individuals’ role in protecting themselves and other people,
• Tips on how individuals can be prepared for a flood incident
• gain understanding on the importance of the emergency telephone number “112.”
